My wife and I are both very disappointed with this dealership after purchasing a 2024 Edge with a little over 4,000 miles on it. We were never told that it was a loaner and it was involved in an accident. We are seniors, and we placed our trust in the salesman to be straightforward with us regarding the history of the car. Obviously that was a big mistake. I wrote a letter to the owner 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. I would advise anyone who plans to purchase a vehicle to avoid this dealership. L

Always a positive experience at MetroFord! My car was in for body work and regular maintenance. The co-ordination between both shops was seamless. The interaction between the body shop and my insurance company was also seamless, even when additional parts were needed, I would recommend MetroFord for these reasons.

They were great but I did have to go back to get some parts they to properly secure the bumper after it was done. They really need an indoor area to go over the repairs with the customer on pickup. Other than that, the staff was professional and friendly, helpful, and I know they are extremely busy there.

on this service visit, the wait time for parts was long, once parts were in it took a week to finish the service that was suppose to take 1 to 1.5 days. When car was returned there were dirt/grease marks on several spots on the seats and a couple on the exterior.
Changed my Ford Edge battery, and the tech forgot to screw the air filter connections back in thank God I have trust issues could have had all sorts of debris in my motor

Personnel is pleasant, but following through on tasks is lacking. 1. My vehicle was not ready with installed prepaid accessories at pick up. I then could not be accommodated to have said accessories installed at a later date on a Saturday, after the mistake was on your end. I had to be refunded the money for the accessories and labor. Business was lost on your end. 2. Insurance was not taken care of before pick up, when I was told it would be. Luckily I suspected it wasn’t taken care of, and took it upon myself to make sure it was ...
Sales rep AJ Denton is the man! Knows his EVs, knows how to wrangle a sale and is wonderfully engaging as a person. He got me fixed up with a dandy Mach E and already took one phone call to help me figure out the finer points. I’ll keep that relationship alive, for sure.
