This Ford dealership is rad my 2014 Ford Focus has numerous recalls, one of which is a Transmission Control Module. The stupid thing died on me while going 70 on I-90 on my way from Watertown to coach at a volleyball tournament in Albany. I managed to get it restarted and into the city late last night. I called at 8:00 on the dot this morning (Saturday) and Johnny got me into an 8:30 service slot. He listened intently to what happened, noted it, and got my car right in. They just so happened to have the EXACT part needed to fix my car, and fixed it quicker than I expected. Johnny and his service guys did an awesome job of getting me in on a Saturday and did an amazing job of relieving stress. Service was great and my car drives better now than when I got it! I'm infinitely thankful for the quick, friendly service so my car is safe for the trip home tomorrow. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!
I have bought two cars from Metro in the past four years. They have always treated me well but just like any business they have great and some not so great employees. On the great side, I was helped by the sales manager when I had a concern about my 2013 Fiesta. I did not blow up at him, but expressed my concerns firmly but with courtesy. He worked with me and helped me get a great price on a new car and showed me cash off incentives I did not even know about. In other words, when I showed them respect, they showed me the same in return. He said, "I want to do right by you because you've had a bad event happen and I don't want that to be what we are about." On the not so great side, their office staff could use a happy pill or two, but hey if they deal with grumpy people paying their bills I guess you should expect a little grumpy sometimes. LOL Also the sales woman I dealt with today needed to explain in advance why she had to go with us on our test drive and that they had a set route to travel for that test drive. She just got in the back seat and said "Turn right here....get in the center lane....turn right here." I asked why she was giving me directions and she said it was what she was supposed to do. If she had just explained that in advance I would have been okay, but she just got in and started giving directions, which was not appreciated. But again that is an isolated incident not the pattern. Another great side story is that the service department has always been good to me as well. As an example, I went in on a Saturday late afternoon to ask the service manger a question about my 2013 Fiesta, but, the manager was not on duty so the assistant helped me. Two days later I went back and was dealing with the sales department about a potential new purchase and both the service manager and assistant service manger came separately into the sales department to see if the issue with my Fiesta issue was resolved. I did not seek them out, they evidently saw me come in and came to me. That's not the sign of a bad car dealership, is it? To be honest the negative reviews are not indicative of all customers, as I can attest. I cannot refute those customers experiences but to me Metro has NEVER been anything but courteous and helpful. Again I showed respect and they showed it back. Just remember when you go there that they are a car dealership trying to sell cars. I gladly recommend Metro to my family and friends. As an addendum, I purchased a new car from Metro on 3/7/17. There was a small issue with a communication misunderstanding but they made it right and I am completely satisfied with the result.
My salesman was excellent to deal with he sold me a quality vehicle at a very good price. He gave me a fair price for my vehicle and thru in a bed liner at no cost. Although I did not finance thru them I still had paper work to do and that gentleman was also very nice. They have changed a lot in the last 20 yrs.

Wonderful Staff LARGEST SELECTION!I live on long Island and drove up to Metro Ford on a Saturday morning with my father. we ended up leaving with 2 beautiful brand new F-150 one for me and one for my dad. our sales reps name was Anthony and he was great. He spent about 20 mins showing us every bell and whistle to our new trucks to ensure we knew how everything would work before we left the dealership. I will defiantly be back AGAIN. They also went out of there way with extra discounts for us. Thank you for making our purchase worth the drive!
